Reports to - General Manager Sales
Necessary Exposure -
- Managing profit & loss account of sales function for Raymond Textiles in designated zone

Computer Proficiency -
- Should be comfortable operating, MS – Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Exposure to working on an ERP would be an added advantage.
Language Skills - Should be fluent in English, Hindi
Job Purpose - Managing Sales function of designated area.

Role & Responsibilities
- Forecasting monthly/annual sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thereby achieving brand goals
- Devising & effectuating competitive selling programs/strategies to improve the product awareness and enhance business growth.
- Identifying & developing financially strong and reliable dealers/channel partners by providing with superior service, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
- Handling cost effective logistic operations & seamless materials movement to ascertain sufficient inventory levels at each sales outlet/ distribution channel.
- Conducting extensive market research to analyze and assess market potential, tracking competitor activities for providing valuable inputs to fine-tune selling & marketing strategies.
- Working with product & marketing team to define products & brand requirement.
- Providing necessary training to the sales force/ technical support teams regarding product presentation, and customer handling.
- Effectively interfacing with people at all levels, managing healthy work environment and inculcating team spirit with high work ethics.
