Position: Manager - Process Excellence Division: Corporate Reporting To: Director - Corporate Commercial & Logistics Location: Thane Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate Other Requirement: Exposure to Eprocurement process Age: 28 - 32 No. of years of experience: 07 - 10 years Job Role/Objective: To develop and implement process improvements in the DC and logistics function by designing operating procedures and policies ensuring operational efficiency Key Responsibilities - - Study the existing Warehouse & DC operation process, conduct cost benefit analysis and recommend process improvements in line with best practices & next practices. - Draft & publish commercial related SOPs with the support of relevant stakeholders. Ensure SOP implementation/ process improvements in requisite time. - Provide process training to business teams as and when required. - Develop tools/dashboards to capture data in easy formats and track them for each business on a monthly/quarterly basis. Raise flags as and when required. - Develop an audit policy for key SOPs. Communicate guidelines to respective business Conduct audits as per annual audit calendar Ensure results publication and corrective action taken - Vendor Evaluation Creation of guidelines for identification, development and evaluation of Vendors Technical Knowledge: - Drafting skills. - Exposure to high end analytical tools Required Experience: - Should have worked on commercial analytics & ability to conduct auction independently - Experience of handling e- auction & creating SOP's Competencies: - Relating & Networking - - Planning & Organising Key Skills: - Good communication skills - both written and verbal - with a demonstrated ability to communicate firmly and clearly to the business - Should have good drafting skills, analytical skills and excel skills
