This role is with Raymond Corporate HR. The role involves closely working with the Business HR to design HR interventions for leadership development, employee engagement, diversity programs and culture interventions.
Following are the indicative responsibilities :
1) Conduct talent assessments - identify target population based upon eligibility filters. Interpret Leadership talent reports for internal employees during promotion and external hires
2) Identify program theses across talent cohorts and liaison with business schools to develop the learning content
3) Program management of talent programs (AM- Director levels) - campaigns, teasers, attendance tracking, coordination for projects, ensuring timely submission of assignments. Sharing of reports with participants, coordinate for role movement post program completion.
4) Vendor Management : Coordination with external coaches, learning partners, assessment vendors and psychometric partners. The following activities take place- contract, invoice processing, content alignment, system UAT, customization as per need
5) Employee engagement survey - Roll out of employee engagement survey, drive participation at group level, report preparation for each BU and Corporate, analysis and comparison with previous yrs. scores
6) Excellence awards -portal preparation, co-ordination, teasers, mailers on reminders for submitting applications, coordination with business and jury committee on timely evaluation, coordination on certificates and award trophies, event
7) Campus engagement, selection of interns, Management Trainee Induction Program
8) Build collaterals for culture cascade across business
