- Developing the Sales and Marketing strategy for E-commerce
- Delivering Budgeted revenue & managing the channel P&L.
Activation & Marketing
- Understanding competitor landscaping areas of E-Commerce
- Category Revenue Potential in E commerce
- Understanding Key Drivers, Consumer purchase behaviors in E-Commerce.
- Developing & Optimizing Marketing Strategies for consumer accusation & Brand Engagement.
Role Dimensions
- Financial Dimensions Managing the Channel P&L, Delivery of Revenue & Management Expenditure
- Non-Financial Dimensions Vendor, Cross Functional & People Management. Developing Marketing Strategy for E-commerce, Developing customized product portfolio for E-commerce.
- Role Complexity [Eg. Location, Industry dynamics etc]
- Based at headquarters location but expected to travel all over the assigned Territory
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
MBA in Marketing
Experience Required
- 3-5 Years in E-commerce, managing or working in E-commerce
- 7-10 Years of Total Experience
Functional Skills Required
- Understanding of FMCG categories (Personal Care)
- Strong PC literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Terminologies in E-commerce
- Understanding of E-commerce
