JOB DESCRIPTION - E COMMERCE'

Role Title KAM - E Commerce

Role Summary

Raymond Consumer Care is a 700cr FMCG entity of the Raymond Group. The FMCG business has four verticals. Personal & Home Care Vertical with products under brand PARK AVENUE & PREMIUM, Sexual Wellness Vertical with products under brand KAMASUTRA, Luxury Grooming with products under brand RAYMOND and International brands.

The incumbent will directly report both functionally and administratively to the Business Head, however he is expected to work closely with the E Com teams within FMCG for cross collaboration and also maintaining sanity of benchmarks created with channel partners

Essence of Role -

Key Accountabilities

- Business Planning & Delivery

- Creating a business plan for the financial year for the existing portfolio

- Developing a support plan that will help achieve the objectives

- Accountable for successful and timely execution of agreed activities

- Regular Reporting of business performance of the portfolio

- Deliver the committed business plan for the FY

- Efficiently planning & expenditure of agreed investments

Strategic Planning

- Gather shopper Insights

- Collaborate with marketing to develop shopper mktg and category mktg plans in Ecom

- Develop Joint Business Plan with partners broken down into quarter and months

- Feed Product Development Ideas thru category Insights gathered thru channel partners and tracking competitor activity

Role Complexity [E.g. Location, Industry dynamics etc]

a. Cross Functional Coordination

b. Channel Coordination

c. Coordination with the other Ecom KAMs in FMCG

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications - Must be an MBA in Marketing From A Reputed Institution

Experience Required - Total Experience of 7-9 years

- 5-7 years of exclusive experience in managing E Com channels

- FMCG experience would be preferred but adjacent categories like Perfume, Fashion can also be evaluated

- Should be well versed with the ways of E Com working, Channel Relationships

- Understanding of Variables that influence purchase in E Com

- Search Marketing On E Com

- Browse Marketing Tools & Properties in E Com

- Terms of trade by channels and competitive understanding

- Development of JBPs

Professional Certifications Required - Any certification in Digital Mktg/SEO/SEM would be given preference

Functional Skills Required - Communication Skills

- Logical Reasoning
