- Monthly Plans & trade Scheme initiatives
- NPD Plans & Execution
Education :
- Should be MBA from Premium A & B institutes with strong analytical skills
Experience :
- Min 5 + yrs of Exp handling Retail Accounts,
- Has a Team handling experience (ASM & Above)
Functional Skills required :
- Understanding of FMCG categories (Personal Care)
- Sound knowledge of Sales processes
- Sales Management, Planning and Operational Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills.
