Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Working closely with the team determining robust assumptions to drive the rolling monthly forecast
- Assisting and co coordinating the business's monthly forecasting process, annual budgeting process and midrange planning
- Ensuring the rolling forecast model and budget accurately reflects the operational assumptions of the organization
- Analysing, investigating and explaining key movements and trends in major P&L lines to the management and providing explanation for the variances between budget and actuals
- Monthly management reporting, updating reporting decks for presentation to the management on the business performance
- Assist in conducting various types of financial and business analysis
- Pull together FY financial forecast & track vs. actuals, Monitor & Update Key building blocks & Portfolio progress
- Pull together gap to budget & to goal sales, profit & working capital plans
- Lead long range financial planning, Portfolio & Building Blocks development
- By SKU financial structure
- Pricing strategy, pricing sheets, pricing plans
- SGA Budget development & analysis and marketing budget tracking
- Marketing spend payouts/ROI
ESSENTIAL POSITION QUALIFICATION
Education - CA (Must) + ICWA
Experience, Knowledge & Skill - Experience of 1-2 Years or more in the areas of FP&A
- Good Grip on MS excel and Power Point
- Excellent Knowledge of FP&A
- Familiarity knowledge of ERP system ( SAP )
