Job Role / Objective : - To assist Director HR in the delivering the HR priorities. - The incumbent will report into Director HR and help develop and implement internal and external processes that create HR excellence. - To track and update HR projects & initiatives. Key Responsibilities : - Continuous research in various HR processes that are cutting edge. - Study various employee and business reports and identify the areas of intervention for HR - Prepare for people issues and continuously support in tracking Working agendas and outcomes - Track all major initiatives of HR to ensure that they are aligned to the business needs and moving as per timelines - Manage Performance Dashboard for Director HR - Interface with the Business and HR Leaders to implement HR projects - Research, Conceptualize and Develop content on thought projects and manage MIS, Reports and Analysis thereof. - Helping in preparing presentations to internal as well as external forums Aptitude : - Verbal Reasoning - Numerical Reasoning - Inductive Reasoning Technical Knowledge : - Knowledge of MIS and HR Analytics - Knowledge of HR and OD Concepts Required Experience : - Experience in IC Role in HR (EA or L&D Background preferable) - Extensive Project Management Skills - High Stakeholder Connect Environment Competencies : - Deciding and Initiating Action - Presenting & Communicating Information - Planning & Organising - Formulating Strategies & Concept Key Skills : - Multi- tasking - Managing multiple projects - Influencing and Perseverance - Analytical Skills - Communication Skills Personal Attribute : - Like Attending to details - Networking - Drive to Completion - Stakeholder Management
