Role : Lead/Executive Support - Chairman's Office, with a Highly Trusted and top Corporate Brand Age below 50 - We are looking at a very mature, suave, multitasking and skilled resource with exceptional Operations &amp; stakeholder Management skills to provide comprehensive Executive support to the Chairman &amp; Managing Director. - Role demands include incumbent to be of high integrity, with a make it happen attitude and have a desire to learn and expand responsibilities. Brief Outline of role expectations: - To work closely with the Chairman and provide comprehensive organizational, and program support service to the Chairman by proactively overseeing the Chairman's priorities/workload and completing tasks as directed by the Chairman with speed, efficiency and accuracy. - Exhibit impeccable personal and professional standards in dealing with all stakeholders, maintain the Brand Image and standards of the Chairman's Office. - The person will act at a SPOC for the Chairman for the functional and operational support needed in his official, public, social space. - Manage/Engage the Chairman's guests, customers and touch points, which are mostly HNI clientele and people in authority - as required by the Chairman - Be a part of the Chairman's external and internal meetings providing&nbsp; support as required. - Be on top of current affairs, industry news and areas of interests to the Chairman - Support with analytics or in the making of presentations Candidate Profile: - This is a dynamic high energy, multi-tasking Individual Contributor role - At least 15 plus years of experience - hospitality/ operations exp will be added advantage - The role holder should have a flair of thriving in ambiguity and making the most of it by constant adaptation and going with the flow attitude. - The role holder needs to have exceptional ability to deal with and deliver on challenges and firefighting situations on a daily basis . - Should have handled high net worth individuals /demanding / difficult clients - Should be clued into current affairs and have the ability to strike conversations. - Pleasant disposition and good communication / articulation skills - Ability to manage long and staggered work hours (depending on work exigencies) - Should be used to work under pressure / challenging situations - Exhibit EQ (self-awareness and self-management skills), critical thinking, resilience &amp; fast response time - Should be willing to travel (domestic and international).
