Essence of Role - Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for achieving overall top line & bottom line objectives
- Responsible for achieving agreed market share objectives
- Developing a support plan that will help achieve the objectives
- Accountable for successful and timely execution of agreed activities on the brand
- Regular & Timely review
- Development & Implementation of Category Strategies
- Identification & implementation of strategic initiatives
- Encourage & employ innovation in products & process in order to achieve competitive advantage.
Qualifications/ Expecience
- Must be an MBA in Marketing
- Must have overall 5-7 years of experience in FMCG
- Must have experience in independently managing a brand or a category for at least 3-4 years
- Must have experience of minimum 2 years in FMCG sales
