Position: Assistant Manager - Treasury Division: Corporate Reporting To: Head - Treasury Location: Thane Qualification: Chartered Accountant/ M.B.A - Finance Other Requirement: Experience in the large corporate treasury function Age: 24 - 32 Job Role/ Objective: To manage day to day activities in the Corporate Treasury function including hedging of currency risks, raising of working capital/capex loans, credit ratings, investment of surplus funds and MIS Key Responsibilities: - Handling forex activities for the Group - Taking forward covers/cash rate with Banks - RBI related compliances, coordination with AD Bankers for RBI Approvals/ queries and other RBI reporting - Manage treasury back-office activities with respect to hedging & borrowings - Liaising with Banks for Trade Finance requirements (Letter of Credits, Bank Guarantees, Buyers/Suppliers Credit facilities/Packing credit) - Providing support for setting up a fund and non-fund based facilities to meet working capital and project requirements - Preparation of CMA, liaising with banks for renewal/revision of limits - Preparing treasury MIS reports and providing analytical inputs to management on a regular basis - Understanding and managing appropriate accounting procedures and processes. Interacting with statutory/internal auditors for finance and treasury operations Competencies: - Drive Results - Active Collaboration Key Skills: - In-depth understanding of Forex markets and hedging strategies - Experience in dealing with corporate finance and debt capital markets - Good negotiation & communication skills - Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
