Position: Assistant Manager - Direct Taxation Division: Corporate Reporting To: Manager - Direct Taxation Qualification: Chartered Accountant Other Requirement: Experience in the field of direct/corporate taxation Age: 24 - 28 Job Role / Objective: Will be responsible to handle Direct Tax Compliance (TDS, Assessments, Audits and Documentation) of Raymond Ltd. and its group / associate companies Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of data/details/documents etc required for various direct tax compliances - To maintain 100% compliances in the field of direct taxation and maintaining Statutory Compliance sheet - Assisting in various tax assessments/ SFT filings / appeal filing for the group - Assisting in various Direct Tax audits/Transfer Pricing Audits - Assisting in advance tax workings along with drafting of letters/replies in response to notices issued by the department - Responsible for ascertaining TDS liability on day to day operations/bill booking. TDS return filing and minimizing TDS defaults Technical Knowledge: - Knowledge of Income Tax laws, rules and regulations - Knowledge of drafting - Knowledge of Income Tax and TRACES portals - Knowledge of SAP Required Experience: - Direct Tax exposure Competencies: - Drive Results - Active Collaboration Key Skills: - Multi- tasking - Handling multiple projects - Analytical Skills
