Position: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Engagement Division: Corporate Reporting To: Director - HR, Corporate Location: Thane Qualification: MBA - HR Other Requirement: Experience of handling engagement survey Age: 25 - 28 No. of years of experience: 03 - 06 years Job Role/Objective: Will be responsible to develop and execute engagement plan and various HR interventions Key Responsibilities - - Develop and implement the employee engagement road map and supporting communications plans to ensure consistency and relevance - Develop and deliver a fully integrated employee engagement activity calendar - Administer Employee Engagement Survey through external partner and drive interventions based on the findings - Drive participation across SBUs and communicate responses and findings to stakeholders - Facilitate and engage with stakeholders to translate engagement results into business outcomes - Promote, manage and celebrate Engagement Programs and other rewards & recognition activities - Own & Drive annual R&R programs across group - Create various platforms and opportunities for Business HR to share information/ success stories to drive connect within the organization Technical Knowledge: - Knowledge of MIS and HR Analytics - Strong command over designing communications Required Experience: - Must have handled renowned Engagement surveys like Aon, Mercer, Gallup, etc. - Must have handled engagement initiatives across large business groups - Must have handled group-wide R&R initiatives Competencies: - Drive Results - Customer Empathy - Active Collaboration Key Skills: - Influencing - Multi- tasking - Handling multiple projects - Analytical Skills - Communication Skills
