Job Role / Objective : Applies and integrates statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and reporting on people metrics to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making. Key Responsibilities : - Accesses relevant Human Resources (HR) and other data systems to extract data based on customer needs - Partners with key stakeholders to establish basic reports, dashboards and scorecards for assessing the impact of new and ongoing programs and initiatives within the division and organization. - Pro-actively uses data to research and identify business problems, collaborates with business partners to diagnose data supported root causes and potential actions that can shift numerical results - Maintain HR Matrices, Functional Excellence Scorecards and Dashboards. - Contribute to intellectual programming source codes and infrastructure for quantitative people analytics - Support insights for HR owned presentations, build powerful visualizations - Monitors and identifies data changes and quality issues impacting current or future reporting and implements fixes, where ever applicable Technical Knowledge : - Hands on Experience in Visualization Tools: PowerPoint / Excel / Power BI/SPSS - Solid knowledge and understanding of business metrics Required Experience : - Strong Analytics in HR domain Competencies - Drive Results - Active Collaboration - Curiosity and Creativity with regards to quantitative problem solving Key Skills : - Ability to work independently on a broad variety of projects - Strong Analytical Skills
