Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master who can help us manage the project deliveries at Phreesia. You will work with project team members and be expected to apply prior project experience to ensure delivery of the right solutions at the right time, to the right level of quality. As a Scrum Master, you will help Phreesia in their efforts to manage the project, backlog and guide the respective team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope. You will manage project activities from requirements gathering, through to delivery of the solution/project in partnership with our Clients and related business groups. You will have daily interaction with US team as and when required. To be successful you must have strong interpersonal and teamworking skills to drive clarity and foster alignment across the teams. You must be able to perform a varied set of work activities with some individual responsibility or autonomy under limited supervision / guidance. Key Responsibilities :

- Work with appropriate stakeholders and project sponsors to understand the requirements.

- Act as a Scrum Master with primary responsibility of assisting the self-organizing, self-managing team to achieve its goals.

- Leads team efforts in relentless improvement - Helps the team improve and take responsibility for their actions; facilitates the team retrospective, improve communications and relationships with other teams.

- Teaches problem-solving techniques and helps the team become better problemsolvers for themselves.

- Have sole responsibility for the delivery of projects (or discrete work packages within larger projects)

- Manage a matrix team to deliver solutions and processes in support of project objectives and requirements - leading the project team and motivation all team members with clear direction and communication

- Manage the project plan, project budget, risks and issues on behalf of the appropriate Programme Manager or Sponsor and escalating to senior management when appropriate.

- Identify and actively monitor delivery of external dependencies

- Define the deployment strategy and prepare and execute the project plan - ensuring the project solution is transition to full support post-delivery.

- Ensure effective communications planning, stakeholder identification and engagement, regular status reporting to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of total experience with 5+ relevant years of experience in delivering complex projects or acting as a Scrum Master.

- Self-starter with a sense of urgency.

- Clear communicator.

- Experience with managing project schedules, finances, risks and issues.

- Close attention to detail.

- Aptitude to quickly grasp technical topics in sufficient detail to effectively communicate with customers and Tech delivery teams.

- Understanding of project governance and/or Agile standards and procedures.

- Ability and willingness to be flexible, adapting to the demands of the customers.

- Technical knowledge to understand projects and trade-off choice

- Experience of managing matrix teams.

- Experience of senior stakeholder management
