Rayden Interactive is looking for an Associate Manager, Healthcare data management to be an integral part of our existing team.

You will be responsible for assisting the Manager of the team, dedicated to creating a seamless client experience for our Referral products. The team is responsible for ensuring that patient referrals are accurately inputted into client's (Phreesia) systems each day, allowing patients to be scheduled quicker for the specialty care they need.

Patient referrals include sensitive Protected Health Information (PHI), so this team will need to follow all HIPAA guidelines and maintain strict quality control and data integrity measures. You will manage, coach, and mentor this team to perform better, transform processes and grow this team. As you would help the Manager leading the team, you would also be required to perform all the tasks individually

Responsibilities:

- Guide the team to ensure that the referrals received are captured accurately and in a timely manner in the client system

- Understand the process and come up with ways to transform the process with automation, benchmarking with best in class, and using quality methodologies

- Manage all escalation

- Have regular connect with the Team Manager (and Phreesia manager as and when required) to identify/discuss/mitigate any resource-related challenges

- Responsible for increasing process efficacy with benchmarking, automation, and best in class practice

- Takes ownership and accountability for Pod responsibilities

- Acts as the SME across all process work streams Proactively monitor processes to uncover new insights and opportunities

- Consistently identifies project risks and can independently implement mitigation strategies

- Provides valuable feedback to manager about levels of performance for other team members

- Responsible for overseeing team KPIs & ensures consistent improvement month over month

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required, Master preferred

- Prior experience in lead management/demand generation/Salesforce will be preferred

- Healthcare background preferred

- Previous management experience of 1-2 years required

- Ability to drive results and hold internal stakeholders accountable

- Superior leadership, influence, communication, interpersonal, written, and telephone skills

- Ability to work with your peers to understand a client's needs and develop custom solutions

- Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Skilled at anticipating and solving problems

- Strong analytic and quantitative skills

- Incredibly organized, disciplined, and process-oriented
