- At RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd, we are looking for an experienced marketing & growth professional to help us build and raise awareness about our brand & upcoming product. - You will be responsible for all customer acquisition, engagement and lifecycle marketing efforts for RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd across service offerings. - Reporting to the Head of Growth & Digital marketing, the person in this role will lead a team of high-performance digital marketers, content marketers to accelerate customer acquisition, adoption and engagement programs across marketing channels, regions, and customer segments. - The person in this role will be a highly analytical and result-oriented leader scaling growth initiatives , influencing and leading the marketing team to think big and deliver on project roadmaps across paid and owned channels. - A successful candidate for this role will have experience in acquisition, engagement marketing - ranging across search, email marketing, mobile marketing, display advertising, performance social media, associates and conversion optimization. - The candidate should have experience leading and developing high-performing teams, an independent, creative problem-solver with great business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously, while managing competing deadlines. The right candidate would be a seasoned marketer with a proven track record of driving adoption of products/services at scale via all paid & organic channels. Responsibilities - Devise innovative growth strategies for organic & paid media, by developing a deep understanding of our target consumers. - Have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and driving scale on customer acquisition and driving top of the funnel for the business. - Identify new growth opportunities within your channels and outside (explore new avenues/ growth hacks) to acquire new and engaged users. - Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (content, creative etc.) to identify areas for growth. - Drive continuous improvement and optimization through experiments, continuous A/B testing and generating hypotheses. - Curate insights from FB and Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO, App installs to map customer journeys and buyer segments. - Create comprehensive dashboards and reports to give 360 degree view of all marketing channels and campaign performance to required stakeholders. - Understand and optimize on the CRM funnel to improve SMS, Email campaigns performance to improve overall conversion funnel - Spearhead to run select strategic projects like - Cross-Sell, Up-Sell, Referrals - Ideate, plan, execute and track ROI for all content, digital, and experiential marketing activities -Spearhead other marketing channels including social/app/content/influencer and create a cohesive marketing strategy for RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd. - Drive KPIs of reach, engagement & customer acquisition in a cost-efficient way Skills - Must have minimum 5 years of experience in the marketing domain, preferably worked in/with consumer brands - Proficiency with analytics, performance monitoring, advertising deployment and attribution tools and ability to do deep data analysis to develop recommendations - Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion - Proven track record driving scale adoption of consumer-facing products/services - Highly effective written skills honed to develop thoughtful, strategic and detailed narratives to drive Org. thinking on key customer acquisition topics - Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data - Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders - Experience managing teams - Familiarity with creating clear KPIs and measuring the success of campaigns through the funnel - Excellent understanding of different marketing channels and having a custom playbook for each channel - Ability to develop a detailed brief and help the team understand and deliver on the goal outlined - Have a strong understanding of influencer marketing channel, Up-Sell, Cross-Sell - Should be able to convert statistics into useful insights and track ROI - Immaculate written and oral communication skills Preferred Qualification Bachelors/MBA/ Engineering from Tier-1 Colleges: IITs, NITs, BITs, Top MBA colleges
