Job Description:

Chief Technology Officer will spearhead the Digital transformation of consumer lending business of the company. This role shall include conceptualizing, developing and delivering cutting edge lending products that help provide affordable credit to a wide set of customer base with unparalleled customer experience through digital and offline channels. Candidate shall be responsible for developing the technology platform of the company including lending and analytics products, internal business applications, ERP systems and IT infrastructure.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Design and develop digital blueprint of the organization in consultation with various business stakeholders.

2. Developing, budgeting and implementing the technical roadmap of the company.

3. Design and deliver technical solutions and products for innovative lending products.

4. Design and deliver analytics framework of the company.

5. Design and deliver internal business applications to increase the productivity and ease of doing business.

6. Ensure peak performance and zero fail mission critical systems.

7. Develop robust IT infrastructure of the company.

8. Manage third party technology vendors and solution providers.

9. Develop and manage top notch technology team.

Profile Specification:

Qualification:

Over all 12-15 years work experience. B.Tech or Post Graduate Degree from Top-tier Engineering Institutes with technology leadership experience in NBFC/Retail Banking Sector.

Knowledge and Experience:

- Deep knowledge of latest technologies.

- Has worked in NBFC / Retail Banking sector.

- Passion to leverage technology in financial services to provide next-gen products and services.
