DMS operation - Training Exacting dealer - New dealer onboard & training - Changes request (Name contact number mail etc.) - Tracking new development. - Testing new development - Create purchase order for institutional order - Maintain all master in DMS - Update Vehicle sale in DMS - Solve filed query related to DMS. - Coordination with field team and Cogxim team for new small development and implement - Update All new updates in DMS to syncing with other software. 2. Application - Solve app related issue - Customer detail update in app Mobile number & Email - On board institutional customer - Give resolution to call center calls - Escalation app related issue to concern person - ECU onboard - Soundbar onboard Skills : - Must have experience of DMS, CMR software at least 3-4 year - Good in MS Office - Any Data base knowledge is preferred. - Automobile experience is preferred.
