Job Description - VP Account Management
Role & Responsibilities :
VP Account Management is the customer relations head for Travel business. The position will be responsible for managing the business from current client base.
This will be achieved through a well-established team of support and proactive account management team. As VP Account Management, you will have comprehensive visibility of all current clients experience, renewals, Promises to clients, On boarding, training, record keeping, and development and execution of models to enhance client engagement.
As the VP of Account Management you will be responsible for increasing leads from current accounts as well as securing renewals upward of 90%.
VP Account Management should have an analytical approach to pre-empt customer issues. Should be able to represent RateGain in global tradeshows.
VP - Account Management will be evaluated on the overall performance of travel business in terms of renewal rates / Churn rates and customer satisfaction.
Principal Responsibilities :
- Responsible for complete AM functions including increasing sales and securing renewals, and holding customer calls at challenging times.
- In charge of customer communications and compliance of internal processes
- Budget, prepare and Execute engagement models for Travel customers
- Forecasting capabilities to estimate resource requirements and have the same available when needed.
- Responsible for the successful on-boarding and on-going delivery to customer base
- Conducts business account reviews with customers directly and through team heads to ensure that client's goals are being met
- Ensures that the customer issues are being resolved in a timely manner and that all escalated matters are handled with a sense of urgency
- Ensures data keeping is observed at all levels
- Should be SFDC fluent and have customized dashboards prepared to observe the health of the business
Education & Experience Summary :
More than 10 years of experience. MBA degree desired.
- Excellent communication skills
- Culturally Sensitive
- Self-motivated, and a natural team leader
- Ability to read commercial contracts and understand legal clauses
- Strong commercial acumen
