Sales Operation Specialist
The- Sales Operations Specialist- will play a key role within a fast-growing, fast-paced team, providing insights to our Go-To-Market Team to drive key objectives by aggregating and analyzing large sets of complex data and working on several key data augmentation initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Create, maintain & work with key stakeholders globally to d rive data quality and essential data enrichment projects across the Go to Market Team
- Create reports and dashboards in the CRM to help the GTM Team gather insights and drive-up revenue.
- Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and KPIs
- Design and implement creative and collaborative solutions to drive Sales operational excellence to scale
- Grow your expertise on our Sales Tech Stack and manage the data that flows through our systems, performing data quality updates as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the internal Sales Operations Team for operational efficiency and driving process improvements
- Assist in automation of the CRM and other GTM Tools.
- Establish and enforce best practices and data standardization
- Grow your technical and functional expertise in Salesforce and auxiliary SaaS systems
Requirements & Experience :
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree required
- Strong Excel Skill is a must

- Strong business acumen

- Great pipeline management & program management skills
- Expertise in analytical reporting
- Understanding of CRM & Database software
- Excellent analytical, written, verbal and communication skills.
Experience :
- 5+ years working experience in Sales/Business/Research Operations
- Adept at working with cross functional teams
- Experience with a CRM system
- Experience in financial systems
