1. Experience between 5-10 years [at least 5 years should be spent in core PM work]. Beyond that, people have expectations of a title from the start. I want to create a ramp for the individual who joins
2. Leading a team of 0-2 APMs/PMs
3. Currently inviolved in product specs and works on the ground to create features and roadmaps
4. Has worked extensively on web products
5. Has spent at least 2 years in the same company building a product, taking from early-stage to series A/B. If they joined post these funding rounds, you should be responsible for either creating a new product line or owning a complete product and its roadmap.
6. Impeccable communication skills and to the point communication
7. Actively contributes to design and UX
Good to have
1. SaaS experience in the last 3-4 years
2. Should have been a part of the founding team and was actively involved in building teams
3. Should have scaled processes in the company
4. Actively contributes to GTM of their product
5. Has worked closely with product marketing and customer engagement
6. Understands saas metrics in depth
7. Owns product quality
Have the following KPIs:
1. Customer retention/churn
2. Product usage
3. Revenue targets
Must be from Tier 1 Institutes
