RateGain - Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition (12-15 yrs)
- The Sr.Manager Talent Acquisition(Global) will support the continued development of innovative, creative and proactive recruitment strategies, hiring trends and recruiting processes for Leadership and niche hiring within specified TAT.
- Will be responsible to implement strategies in-order to create a ready pool of niche talent and strong hiring pipeline for future needs.
- Support, monitor the recruitment efforts in an efficient and time bound manner by identifying world-class, diverse talent to drive our business results.
- Develop and implement key recruitment strategies for internal and external candidate identification
- Responsible for closing Leadership and niche positions through head hunting efforts
- Demonstrate focus and discipline in delivering talent need and, also ensure process and delivery excellence
- Must have experience driving TA projects and initiatives at a global scale.
