The role is for leading the Digital &amp; Content marketing team of RateGain which is part of RATEGAIN's strategic marketing team. Digital &amp; Content marketing team is the team which provides end to end digital &amp; content services to product management, sales and marketing teams of RATEGAIN. The team currently has 2 parts: 1) Digital: The global digital marketing team is responsible for launching Global brand building campaigns and demand generation campaigns, managing owned, earned &amp; paid media platforms of RATEGAIN including the corporate website (www.RateGain.com), social media channels, e-mail marketing platforms, lead generation platforms, driving enterprise SEO strategy, publishers &amp; vendor relations including but not limited to (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google &amp; Twitter). 2) Content Marketing: This individual oversees all marketing content initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads and positive customer behavior. This individual is an expert in all things related to content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization, analytics and meaningful measurement. Job Duties: - Lead team of Media planners, Social media strategist, SEO strategist, Content writers, and Web platforms managers and ensure that team is aligned to business goals and help them achieve the goals. - Partner with RATEGAIN's brand, thought leadership, Employee Brand &amp; Business marketing teams spread across the globe to run global initiatives. - Manage &amp; govern the digital presence of all the properties of RateGain which included corporate website (www.RateGain.com), Microsites, Social media channels. - The digital &amp; content marketing teams carry an aggressive funnel generation target. The lead would be responsible to work with the team to achieve those targets. - Focus on media planning, buying, optimization, execution and performance analysis across digital channels to help determine the optimal channel mix for future campaigns. - Corporate website: Continuous revamp of the website to enable the features which connects the website visitor to find relevant content &amp; which in turn make them submit their requirements on the website using Web leads. The website should be aligned to Brand guidelines &amp; no deviation is acceptable - Social media channels: Govern the social media channels considering the enterprise Social media strategy for all channels which includes defining target audience, content strategy, community building &amp; engagement. Enable Content calendar and social media policy for each channel - Ideate, Launch &amp; govern global social media campaigns and ensure that team meets its engagement &amp; reach targets - Enable enterprise Search engine optimization for the corporate website which includes defining 360-degree SEO strategy. Finalize the right keywords, create &amp; optimize engaging content, revamp the website architecture &amp; garner link backs from reputed sources. Perform detailed SEO audits to identify gaps, improve website performance and set up a competitor benchmarking index. - Manage the budget of the team and ensure that budget is not overspend or underspend - Participation in the supervision of content/story leaders in all content verticals/horizontals. Ensuring consistent global experience of the content. - Having a view of company's overall marketing activities including channels like web, digital, events and campaigns. - Mapping out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the content strategy and their impact. - The development of a functional editorial calendar throughout the enterprise horizontals and verticals. - Leveraging market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate and meet the demands of the customers. - Work closely with marketing head, product managers, and LOB heads to create / curate compelling messaging. - Developing standards and systems for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies. - Ensuring all content is consistent in terms of brand, style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, video and website. - Integration of content activities within traditional marketing campaigns. - Establishing work flow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content. Work with collaborative teams / stakeholders to implement / leverage appropriate CMS. - Supervising the maintenance of content inventories. - Analysis of the metrics calculated by the analytics team and make recommendations based on those results. Working with owners of particular content to revise and measure particular content and marketing goals. - Conducting periodic competitive audits. Desired Skills and Experience: Required Education, Training, Knowledge and Experience: - Master's degree in Business administration; preferably marketing and a minimum of 7-12 years professional B2B marketing experience. - Experience in all channels of digital marketing, consumer content development, programming and engagement. - Technology &amp; Tools understanding: Clicktale, SFDC, Pardot, Moz tools, Google analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Adroll, Bizo, MailChimp, Moz, Screamingfrog,Hootsuite, Google Adwords, Google webmaster, Google display network - Strong online and social copy-writing and proofing experience is a plus. - Must lead projects, work across teams and independently, create a shared vision and develop plans through execution and measurement. - Strong customer understanding and the ability to manage between project deliverables to solving business problems. Must quickly assess a business situation or scenario and quickly develop and drive plans to address challenges or capture opportunities. - Requires flexibility, attention to detail and ability to get things done quickly. - Strong knowledge of marketing best practices and experience using marketing automation, content management systems and reporting tools as well as social and/or blogging and surveying platforms is required.
