As a Head of SalesStrategy & Operations , you will be charged with identifying go to market strategies and opportunities, building business cases, prioritizing, and presenting findings to leadership, and executing strategic projects to enable growth. You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business & product to build and convey compelling value propositions.

Overview

The Sales Strategy Head is a newly created position.

- Charged with identifying and developing strategic sales initiatives

- Lead and participate in regular meetings to share metrics, spearhead new projects and report progress

- Responsible for the GTM engagement globally.

- Supports the training, development, alignment, and selling strategies for the sales & revenue teams

- Reports to the Founder

Responsibilities

- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and overall company goals

- Build and support business cases to identify and pursue revenue opportunities, collaborating with finance, marketing and operations as needed.

- Create and drive revenue strategy across multiple lines of business and across geography.

- Provide coaching and support to the sales team to track the sales funnel and related operational metrics delivering regular insights to the business.

- Assist in developing marketing and incentive programs to accelerate sales

- Facilitate opportunity coordination, communications, and deal flow activity

- Develop and provide custom presentations on RateGain's solutions to customers.

- Develop and/or maintain current knowledge of:

- Competitor features and comparisons

- Product content, design, operation, and use cases

- Go to Market strategies and initiatives

Qualifications

- A degree of management from Tier1 Institute

- 10 -15 years of related experience in sales ops & strategy role.

- Ability to influence decision makers up and down levels with and without direct authority.

- Ability to identify and assess risk and prioritize competing demands.

- Experience presenting and articulating complex concepts

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English
