Director - Product Management | Can Scale from 1-10

The Director Product role will give you exposure into product planning and execution all through the lifecycle of the business. This role will entail gathering and prioritizing requirements for the product, defining the vision for the product, and collaborating with other stakeholders in order to ensure that the financials goals of the product are met.

How your day will look like: You will;

1. Lead and define product vision, direct product development & execute and ensure high return on investment (ROI) on the product.

2. Identify and define the target to be achieved and manage its delivery. Communicate crisply to engineering team verbally and in writing.

3. Co-own P&L responsibility with the Business Head and measure achievements in terms of success of the product.

4. Define and design products that can be executed with a strong effort and not just focus on how many features that competitors are building.

5. Write user stories and scenarios. Collaborate with the Product Managers, Development Managers, and Quality Assurance to maintain the product backlog.

6. Participate in Sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings and provide feedback. Manage scope and define minimum viable product for assigned development concepts.

7. Help the team to estimate development time for each scenario. Work closely with UI/UX teams to drive experience maps, concept storyboards, functional wireframes, and other user experiences.

8. Anticipate and identify product flaws and build real solutions.

9. Deliver superior value to the marketplace during product planning and achieving market share and revenue goals during the go-to-market phase.

10. Stay on top of market trends to determine the right product at the right time and take responsibility for devising and executing the winning plan without any excuses.

11. Identify opportunities for analytics with the data at hand by working closely with key stakeholders, customers and the data science team.

Experience

10-12 years' of experience in Product Management is preferred

Start-Up work experience in the B2B Space will be an added advantage

Candidates with MBA education from Tier 1 are preferred
