We are looking for a skilled HR professional who will support, develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures, formulation and effective implementation of a variety of human resources processes for multiple processes or geographies. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers. Responsibilities : Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Provide counselling on policies and procedures Create and implement effective onboarding plans Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and system Encourage team to recommend improvements focused on operational efficiency scalability and enhanced employee experience and provide these recommendations. Understanding the impact that behaviour has upon our business performance and the ability to influence internal colleagues and customers. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities Relevant PG Degree from Tier 1 Institute
