Roles and Responsibilities: - Extensively interacting with atleast 4 - 5 customers in a week and taking feedback (To expedite go to market and product market fit). Largely an external facing role that understands customer problems through regular customer interactions. - Ability to interact with all levels of management within the organization - Revenue-oriented - Be in the know of 100% requirements around current sales pipeline - Loves interacting with customers and should have hands-on experience on conducting surveys on service gaps and closely working with RMs. - Demonstrate innovation and end to end ownership and use strong influence to enable collaboration with other teams. Create at least 1 differentiator every quarter Technical &amp; soft skill competency: - Fluent English speaking and writing skills, including public speaking at industry events - Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to get things done - Hands on experience with product marketing (preferred). - Have a working knowledge of Cloud technology, Fanatical m(UI and UX) experience required.
