Rashmi Group - Head - Information Technology

We are looking out for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our company in the role of Head-IT. This position will work closely with the Promoter, serving as managing director of entire operations and as the main link between the different divisions of the group.

Job Brief

- Responsible for IT Set up & Operations of the company at manufacturing plant(s) / corporate office.

- Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.

- Leads project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, issue resolution, and delivery of results.

- Interprets requirements, identifies project scope, plans and directs schedules, monitors project budgets, assigns tasks, and tracks performance and milestone achievement.

- Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management.

- Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.

- Keep abreast of emerging digital trends and execute IT strategy & process to adopt such trends.

- Applications, plant automation applications, Integration with SAP.

- Preparation of IT budgets, proposal to CEO / Board of Directors.

- Master Data management & SAP Business Process Excellence identification & implementation.

- Initiate and implement business process re-engineering.

- Continuously creating strategic plans and overall management of all IT Projects.

- Run risk assessment on all IT systems, projects and vendors across all verticals.
