Job Title : Export Sales Manager (Surgical / Nitrile Gloves)

Location : Latin America / Middle East / United States / Latin America / African Countries

Job Description : We are looking to hire a result driven / target oriented Export Manager for Surgical Gloves to persuade clients based in international markets to purchase our medical products (Surgical / Nitrile Gloves). This job role is ideal for professionals with existing clients or connections in international markets / African countries and Latin American Countries. Exposure to more markets is also preferred. The responsibilities include identifying new opportunities to increase product sales and strategically negotiating the terms of sales with customers to close deals.

Job Responsibilities :


- The prime responsibility of the Export Manager will be able to boost international sales.

- Business development from African, Latin American and Asian markets, ensuring recurring business from existing customers, and maintaining good relationships.

- Assist to prepare territory budgets and recommend appropriate distributors for all assign region and design all organization projects and facilitate in sales for same.

- Coordinate with internal departments like production, quality, account and dispatch for timely execution of customer orders.

- Develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and supervise achievement of all sales targets for all assign areas and analyze all customer requirements to prepare appropriate sales strategies for same.

- Develop and manage direct contacts and relationships with key opinion leaders and distributors.

- Design all required marketing and sales program for assign territory and maintain knowledge on all competitor products and participate in various exhibitions and seminars

- Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department.

- Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management.

- Responsible for overseas medical exhibition analysis and participating accordingly.

- Participating in Tenders overseas through our appointed distributors in respected countries.

- Develop all objectives and goals for market sales and net revenue for all export activities.

Candidate Requirements :

- MBA / Master's degree in relevant field preferred

- Minimum 15 years of work experience

- Proven international sales experience in areas like Africa and Latin America

- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
