Position: Director - Plant Operations

Location: Kolkata / Kharagpur

KPI:

- Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Director

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the site to deliver business objectives

- Develop and execute operating plans that lead to the achievement of the site and product goals.

- Provide direction and leadership for all site operations, including but not limited to: Manufacturing, Quality Operations, Logistics, Product and Process Technology, Strategic Planning and Product Introduction and Operational Excellence.

- Represent the company as required, including attendance of important functions, industry events and public meetings

- Foster a culture of trust and teamwork and a cross-functional way of working throughout the site.

- Overall management for Profit & Loss of line of business / verticals

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers, regulators and other stakeholders.

- Make effective financial and operational decisions to impact both short and long-term site goals positively,

- Create, establish and maintain an environment that encourages teamwork, empowerment and commitment to meeting the site performance objectives.

- Work closely with the Management team to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return
