Role: Chief Financial Officer

Location: Kolkata

Job Brief: The CFO will work closely with the Promoter, serving as managing director of entire operations and as the main link between the different divisions of group business (Electronics, DI Pipes, Nitrile Gloves, Dredging etc. )

KPI:

- Drive the company's financial planning

- Experience in IPO / BSE Listing / Investor Relations, M& A

- Perform risk management by analysing the organizations liabilities and investments

Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role, MIS, annual budgeting of the group companies

- Responsible for timely monthly and annual consolidated financial statements, cash-flow management reporting for submission to Board of Directors.

- Responsible for completing audit and other certifications as may be required.

Finalization of accounts and verification of all books and records and other information as required for the Audit.

- Perform project cost forecasts and budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.

- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analysing margins, variances and cost analysis.

- Review, Develop and implement internal control systems and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.

- Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns.

- Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction and other initiatives.

- Monitoring and implementing the overall financial plans and accounting practices of the Company to ensure adherence to group accounting policies and procedures.

- Expertise in Annual budget, Finance Management, Fund Management
