Rashmi Group - AGM/DGM - International Sales - Middle East/Latin America/Southeast Asia/Europe Region (10-20 yrs)
- Looking for a resource from FMCD, CEMENT, STEEL, IRON, PHARMA, AUTO INDUSTRIES
- Must have good communication skills
- Must Have exposure in Development of Market in Southeast Asia, Middle East, Latin America & Europe.
- Design various strategic plan to improve sales and marketing plans in Asia- Pacific, North Europe and Latin America.
- Develop plan and implement effective international sales methods to meet all sales targets.
- Develop and maintain negotiation with international distribution agencies.
- Design plans to increase company's international marketing and ensure concentration on foreign market.
- Develop international sales team to administer multiple product lines and encourage market segments for growth.
- Participation in international exhibitions for promotion & Business Development.
- Coordinating among Production, Planning, Logistic and Market.
- Regular visit to overseas business development and market expansion.
- Exposure of Regulatory Affairs will be added advantage.
- Generating enquires Negotiation, Order Execution and Payment Collection.
- Handling Customer Complains.
- Managing International Logistics
- Understanding of Export in terms of Country Laws
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in International sales & marketing.
- Must have exposure in Manufacturing Industries
