Roles and Responsibilities : - Collaborate with the business team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating talent management issues and solutions as appropriate. - Partner with human resources teams and business leaders to implement employee engagement strategies. This can include talent systems, mentoring programs, succession planning, and more. - Collaborate with their talent development team to design training programs - Ensure that leadership development happens at an appropriate level that meets the current and future needs of their company. - Knowledge and experience of introducing new ideas to improve employee engagement. - Ability to write and deliver creative, imaginative presentations to colleagues at all levels. - Experience in talent management, succession planning and development, writing and delivering training programmes appropriate to the needs of employees and the business Candidate's Profile : - Should have experience of 1-4 yrs into Employee Engagement/Talent Management/Rewards & recognition/PMS - Should have done full time MBA(Tier-1) - Someone who can join us on immediate basis/15 days/30 days preferred - Good in communication skills
