This is a great opportunity for an experienced Marketer to lead a growing team to drive multi-channel customer acquisition and conversion efforts for Rapido. In this role S/He will oversee acquisition marketing in a high-growth environment using a full marketing mix. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing data-driven media strategies and tactics that drive positive ROI for e-commerce or mobile app companies. He or She will think creatively and analytically, provide leadership to junior members on the team, and work collaboratively across the organization. Additionally, this candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a - roll up your sleeves- attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. What You'll Do - Strategic planning: Develop marketing strategies based on market and user research and insights, strong analytics (including costs, conversion, retention, LTV, and ROI), set and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. - Consumer marketing: Develop fantastic and attractive B2C marketing initiatives including events, partnerships, promotions, campaigns and loyalty programmes - Management and leadership: Lead a large and growing team of marketing professionals to execute on marketing strategies. - Analysis: Utilize data-driven decision making to improve the performance of our marketing efforts, prioritizing initiatives based on the highest potential impact. - Oversee all aspects of the consumer journey, including awareness, consideration, and acquisition - Develop and execute high-level marketing strategy and activities to drive demand while achieving efficiency KPIs - Develop a pipeline for innovation across marketing channels, promotional offers and messaging, using A/B and multivariate tests to test hypotheses - Embrace knowledge of all changing media marketplace conditions, consumer trends, research/measurement evolutions, ad tech, and provide expertise internally to keep an organization in the know - Partner with internal creative teams to develop integrated marketing messaging and creative execution - Partner with Marketing Analytics team on all campaign ad hoc analyses, which includes response tracking and campaign reporting - Clearly communicate business requirements; partner with technology teams and external vendors to build software and processes to enable customer targeting/segmentation, campaign execution and measurement at scale - Promote continual creative improvement and lead programs to expected ROI with an understanding of the cost of acquisition, retention and lifetime value - Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics to monitor and adjust key marketing programs in order to maximize growth - Mentor, motivate and develop the Marketing Team to ensure that they are set up for success - Implement on-going communications with agencies internal partners to inspire the best work and ensure a strong feedback loop What You- ll Need - 8-10+ years of experience in developing, and executing massive scale data-driven campaigns - Must have digital AND linear planning background for consumer brands - Both in-house and agency experience would be a plus - Ability to synthesize data make data-driven decisions and balance that with the&nbsp;art- of media strategy - Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize information in a high-level way to communicate key points to partners - Self-motivated and strong collaborator
