Job Description Purpose of the Job - Ownership, and delivery of all aspects of the visual merchandising program, and review ofperformance of visual merchandising for Rangriti . Key Result Areas for the Incumbent : Process Responsibilities : - Review of all in-store product display presentations to ensure strict adherence to VM norms - Can direct area managers and store managers on proper display of Rangriti product in stores - Can recommend improvements in in-store product adjacency and planograms People Management Responsibilities : - Coordination with merchandising teams to ensure that VM is maximized for category-specific activities - Partners with projects team for the planning of new stores - Can train field visual merchandisers, area managers, store managers, and store teams on product display norms Financial Responsibilities : - Is authorized to decide on visual assets inside the store that will impact operational expenses - Is authorized to decide on display assets that will impact capital expenses Key Behavioral competencies required to perform this role : 1.
