Manager/ Sr Manager/ General Manager- Production

- We are considering you for the role of General Manager/ Senior Manager/ Manager- Production and maintenance Function.

- We are a company of more than $ 2 Bn sales turnover having businesses spanning over Nigeria, Egypt, US, Malaysia, Morocco apart from India.

JOB DESIGNATION/ROLE/POSITION: The incumbent will be placed at the level of Manager/ Sr Manager/ General Manager- Production depending upon the qualification and nature of experience.

- Responsible for Production Planning, Budget. To ensure no deviations / variance from the Budgeted / Planned Vs actual of the Block.

- Responsible for Product delivery to market on time & in full Quantity. To Achieve Budgeted / Committed Volumes of the Block.

- Strive for stipulated % of savings over budgeted cost from the Block and ensuring maximizing DIFOT.

- To minimize market complaints. Strive to ensure zero complaints from market on Product Quality.

- To monitor cost effectiveness of product by improving the yield and reducing the downtime. To achieve Budgeted cost & yield of products manufactured in the Block.

- Responsible for meeting the Quality Standards as per the parameters defined below :-

- To deliver Quality product (meeting customer specification with zero complaints on quality from the market),

- To ensure compliance to Quality standards (cGMP norms) & to ensure Zero non-compliance from Production Block in routine operations and during Regulatory Audits.

- Responsible for Development of Team members in the department. Facilitate for Development of Technical & Behavioral competencies of subordinates / Team members.

- Recognize Team members’ achievements / contributions through appropriate awards/ rewards. To continuously maximize Engagement Level of Tem members, in the successive Survey’s.

JOB LOCATION: Dewas, Mohali, Paonta Sahib, Baddi.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS : BE/ B Tech from Premier Institute.

- Exposure to Pharma Manufacturing/ Food and Packaging Industries is desirable.
