We are a Law Firm based in M.G. Road, Bangalore. We are looking for Property Lawyers who have expertise in the following:

1. Title Verification for all kind of properties (Commercial and Residential)

2. Drafting various of property documents : Sale Deed, Sale Agreement, Lease Deed, Gift Deed, GPA and other kind of agreements.

3. Advising the client for the BBMP/BDA/RERA guidelines/approvals/sanctions required for the Commercial and Residential property.

4. Liasoning/Coordinating with the Government agencies

5. The scope of this role may change over time to respond to business needs - it is a requirement that the successful candidate be flexible & adaptable in terms of his/her general skill sets & aspirations.
