Ramniwas Surajmal - Corporate Lawyer

We are a Law Firm based in M.G. Road, Bangalore. We are looking for Corporate Lawyers who have expertise in the following:

- Responsible for ensure that the contracts, its processes, and documentation are performed in accordance with applicable guidelines and in the relevant systems.

- Drafting and Vetting of various client agreements, i.e. Lease Agreements, Leave and License, Indenture of Lease, Sale Agreements, DoA's, Interconnect Agreements, LOI's, NDA's, Power of Attorney's, Term Sheets and Consultancy Agreements, Tripartite Agreements, Development Agreement, Rectification Deed, Outsource agency agreements, etc..

- Approval/Review of Legal Documents, Scrutiny Reports of the immovable properties.

- Preparation of Title Document - Drafting and verifying title deeds and other property documents. Verifying property papers and preliminary due diligence with respect to new properties for proposed projects.

- Serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters.

- Draft contractual clauses and documents as a means to provide a solution to client

- Ascertain and Maintain all documents systematically and ensure that all documents relevant to the client are made available, and are documented and filed correctly.

- Statutory/Corporate Affairs

- Guiding, Supervising, Handling Statutory Compliances, Corporate Governance, due diligence matters for the client

- Working with external legal counsel to ensure corporate compliance and risk management of all issues.

- Registering any document including forms, returns, and applications by and on behalf of the client.
