HCM / Payroll / HRMS - Project Manager (Implementation)
Job Purpose : Plan, Initiate and Manage Projects. Lead and guide the work of team members. Plan Project Stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor Progress to assure deadlines, standards and cost targets are met
Job Descriptions :
- Determine and Define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Lead the application and business process consulting associated with the implementation of Ramco HCM application.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Required Skills & Experience :
- 10 - 15 years of project management and related experience
- Bachelor/Master's degree in computer science, business or a related subject
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience in handling multiple projects and managing a team of 5-10 people. People management skill required and demonstrated ability on the same
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
