Position: Product Executive

Experience: 2- 7 yrs

Location: Chennai

The candidate will be part/ responsible of Customer Service team - CRM modules, Portal and new technologies including BOTS/ Google Assist in complete.

Product Consultant responsible for

- Product development/ Implement new functionality in CRM

- Solution mapping and design, system & Integration

- Implementation Experience of Sales, Service & Marketing modules is essential

- Knowledge on Portal, Quotation, CRM are essential

- Knowledge on Procurement, BOTS/ Google Assist is value add

- Excellent Team Player Strong Initiative Ability to adapt/adjust to the environment quickly

- Ability to pick up new skills/ technology quickly

- Strong Customer engagement experience and self-driven

- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)

- Updated knowledge/ information on Logistics Industry trends and best practices would be preferred
