Position: Business Analyst - HCM Location : Chennai / Bangalore / Gurgaon / Mumbai Qualification: BE / MBA / B.com / B.sc only from Premiere Institute - Willingness to travel to global client sites - We are looking for dynamic, self-driven, achievers who have preferably, implemented at least 1 full cycle HCM product with 2+ years- experience. - Should have hands-on Implementation experience in SAP / Workday /Oracle / PeopleSoft HCM in Payroll Module. - International payroll experience, excellence in client handling with good communication skills will be an added advantage. - We are also open to qualified HR professionals, with knowledge of latest people practices and experience, using HCM product extensively. You will be responsible for: - Sharing best practices; understanding customer's business processes and mapping to Ramco's HCM Product; engaging with customers; documenting, testing and user training.
