Product Manager/Product Manager for C- Team

We are looking for an Product Manager who is passionate about building tech products and can steer RAMCO into a tremendous growth path.

What is C- Team?

C-Team at Ramco systems works closely with the Executive Leadership team to take a crack at new initiatives and products that can create maximum impact. This team also keeps a close watch on new opportunities in the market to develop new product verticals for Ramco. C-Team is a kind of start-up within Ramco systems that works in a technology agnostic approach to solve the given problem statement. C-team is currently filled with minds who take up complete ownership of the given problem and deliver the product with ~100% perfection. C-team prefer candidates who walk the talk and who are excited to solve the so-called 'unsolved' problems. We're looking for someone with a 'zero-errors' attitude who can self-manage their work to meet tight schedules with minimal supervision.

Roles and responsibilities:

- The role of Product Manager demands you to be highly analytical and can work quite effectively in a matrix environment.

- The position also requires that you to synthesize various technologies and capabilities into the product in such a way that the consumers will love

- Lead the development of the product roadmap through conducting user research, analyzing the competitive environment and understanding key product metrics. Generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer/user experience and drive growth

- Create product requirement documents (epics, stories, scope docs, wireframes, prototype, etc.) to help translate product strategy into detailed requirements and guide engineering/ tech teams in developing the platform specs and work closely with UX/Design teams to execute the product features per specification.

- Collaborate throughout the product lifecycle to ensure key stakeholders and senior management are kept updated on milestones, issues, and product status

-Experienced in product analytics using tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.

- As a Product Manager, you should have Bee in a bonnet about Metrics and deadlines

Qualifications/Experience:

- Ability to solve customer problems mathematically and logically

- Ability to juggle multiple problem statements

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Science or Engineering graduate from Premium schools of the country

- Preferably MBA from premium B-schools of the country

- Preferably 3+ years relevant experience
