Plant HR Head - MALES ONLY
Location - Samalkot, AP
Qualification: ONLY MALE HR Graduates. preferably with a degree in Industrial Relations.
Experience: 12 to 20 years of Plant HR Experience.
Background: Preferably from the manufacturing Industry and ability to converse in local dialect.
1) Should have experience in Managing Labor Unions
2) Thorough bred IR professional
3) Should have managed a large sized plant
4) Well conversant with the labor laws especially state laws prevalent in AP
5) Should have handled plant recruitment. Knows sources for procuring workers for the plant.
6) Should have managed labor enquires.
7) Liaison with govt . Officials, esp PF, ESIC and labor dept.
8) Knows SAP or can learn SAP
9) Managed PMS, T & D and ER
10) Good relationship builder who can get along well with other departments
11) Persuasive and effective communicator with proven expertise in negotiations
12) Should have managed a medium sized HR team in previous assignments.
13) Exposed to quality management systems like TQM, 5S, ISO, Kaizen but not necessarily all.
14) Should be willing to work long term in the plant (Samalkot), AP.
