Roles & Responsibilities

a. Full ownership of design, strategy, and execution of marketing function with an annual budget of Rs. 30+ crores

b. Deploy marketing campaigns from ideation to execution - including allocating budgets, setting goals and measuring performance

c. Work with external agencies to drive initiatives like SEO, Ad Creation, Social Media Management, ORM, Content Creation, Etc.

d. Work with internal team to conceptualize and produce creative assets for propagation on digital channels

e. Create a brand playbook that can be used across all our marketing efforts

Who would be a good fit

a. Minimum of 5 years of experience with 3 years of experience in core marketing roles

b. Prior experience in taking complete project ownership from start to finish

c. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

d. Exceptional creative skills as evidenced in prior work experience

e. Familiarity with marketing frameworks and buyer psychology

f. Ability to prioritize and get things done within deadlines

g. [Preferred] Experience working with creative projects, digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing

h. [Preferred] Experience working in fast paced startups, advertising companies, or media companies

i. [Preferred] Distinguished academic career from a pedigree institute
