Raintree Foundation is looking to recruit a dynamic professional to provide high-quality organizational and logistical support for its program activities and events. S/he will be responsible for supporting various program teams through planning and managing the delivery of activities, reports and knowledge products as per the annual work plans. Reports To: Chief Development Officer Responsibilities: - Design and set up internal program management systems and processes to increase effectiveness of the Foundation teams. - Perform administrative support functions to facilitate the implementation of program activities, including travel arrangements, office maintenance, procurement, contracting, inventory. - Facilitate program recruitment through advertisements in mass media and participation in selection process. Collect the documentation required for the recruitment and contract extension, separation and other related administrative actions. - Maintain program related database and files - Develop SOPs for procurement of goods and services; Keep updated program inventory records: Develop systems for equipment use, storage and maintenance - Assist in preparation of program budget and maintain necessary budgetary controls and records - Provide day-to-day support to the program financial operations and ensure timely payment to consultants and service providers in accordance with established payment schedules - Prepare accurate financial reports, including monthly and quarterly disbursement reports and financial reports for donors; Undertake basic financial analysis (i.e. budget variance)to support program information needs; Monitor expenditures and prepare financial reports and forecasts - Assist with program audit, monitoring, and evaluation; - Facilitate knowledge management and sharing - Fulfil any other program requirement, as necessary Candidate profile: Qualification: - Minimum 5 years of project management experience - MBA, BBA or other relevant disciplines. PMP certification would be an asset Language: Fluency in English (written & verbal) Skills: - Experience of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and program management softwares - Ability to multi-task - Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal direct supervision while being a committed team player - Commitment and passion for social causes - We especially encourage women returning to the workforce and persons with disabilities to apply.
