Job Title / Position : Assistant/Deputy Manager

Corporate Reporting

B. Job Profile / Duties and Responsibilities:

KPIs:

- Preparation of consolidated financial statements of the Group periodically under IndAS & USGAAP

- Review of standalone financial statements of subsidiaries

- Preparation of presentations/publications for board/investors

Other Responsibilities:

- Review of various schedules and associated workings for completion of standalone/consolidated financials

- Ensuring compliance with various external reporting obligations.

- Work with external/internal auditors to provide requested information and ensure smooth conclusion of audits

C. Person Profile:

Required qualification:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Length of overall experience : 4 to 5 Years of post-qualifications

D. Competencies:

Functional / Technical Skills :

Must to have Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards (IndAS)

- Awareness on US Accounting standards (USGAAP)

- Work experience (pre/post qualification) with either any Big5 audit firms or in manufacturing industry

- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office applications

Good to have Skills:

- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP etc.)

Soft Skills:

Must to have Skills:

- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Good to have Skills:

- Strong organization and time management skills with ability to handle multiple assignments.
