Rain Carbon - Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager - Corporate Accounting

Job Description :

- Preparation of consolidated financial statements for the group periodically under IndAS & USGAAP

- Review of standalone entity financial statements periodically

- Preparation of various schedules and associated workings for completion of consolidated financials

- Assist in ensuring compliance with various external reporting obligations.

- Work with external/internal auditors to provide requested information and ensure smooth conclusion of audits

- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards (IndAS)

- Awareness on US Accounting standards (US GAAP)

- Work experience (Pre/post qualification) with either any Big5 audit firms or in manufacturing industry

- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office applications

- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP etc.)

- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

- Strong organization and time management skills with ability to handle multiple assignments
