RailYatri.in - Manager/Senior Manager - Strategy

We are looking for a Manager/ Senior Manager, Strategy who will work with the Founders/ CEO to formulate the strategy and change initiatives within RailYatri in order to realize company's vision. A brief summary of what we are looking for is given below.

- Establish a business monitoring and governance mechanism for key operational parameters and consistently monitor and recommend business efficiency improvements.

- Develop medium and long term strategic plans for RailYatri by assessing and analyzing the business environment, industry trends, economic environment, product and market dynamics in order to decide long term strategy for business.

- Drive the implementation of the strategic priorities by cascading down the strategic objectives into functional initiatives and establishing a review mechanism to ensure execution of the initiatives.

- Drive improvements in business performance by undertaking and monitoring special projects to ensure that the overall strategic objectives of the organization are met.

- Assist the Founders/CEO in inorganic expansion by evaluating potential acquisition targets that will provide RailYatri with expanded market, products or technologies to enable overall realization of strategic objectives.

- Ensure alignment of the key functional heads with the strategic direction of the company through frequent interactions to communicate strategic objectives and incorporating their inputs during the formulation of the strategy for the company.

- Support the transformation initiative from the CEO's office.

Essential Skills Required Education / Professional Qualifications:

MBAs, CFAs and Engineers from a leading Indian/International educational institution

Prior Experience:

Relevant experience of 2 - 4 years working with a strategy/ management consulting firm is a strong plus.
