Growth Product Manager
Job Brief:
We are hiring a Growth PM to work directly with the Founder to develop growth channels. This role will require you to ideate, test and implement non-traditional growth channels which implies no digital marketing or similar channels. You may have to travel extensively in trains in-order to understand the end consumer and to implement growth channels.
Some things you will be expected to do:
- Products: Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company
- Research: Analyze our current acquisition and retention strategies, research competitors and talk to our customers to help inform your strategy
- Insights: Understand the users, create user personas and uncover unique user insights
- Strategy: Identify relevant levers in the growth equation to develop a growth strategy, which achieves our market penetration goals
- Customer Acquisition: Take ownership of our non-traditional customer acquisition channels
- Onboarding: Own and improve how we convert our site visits into customers. Working closely with the UX/UI team, you'll identify, test and roll out improvements with a focus on messaging, pricing and UX.
- Customer Retention: Ensure our customers get to their 'AHA' moment quicker, churn is kept low and LTV is increased
- Analysis: Use GA, HotJar and Mixpanel to measure and improve CAC, MRR and LTV
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years demonstrable experience in influencing growth
- You are solid at First Principles Thinking & problem solving and have a data first approach
- You have completed Reforge - Growth or GrowthX or similar; Reforge - Advanced Growth is an added advantage
